📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through digital and on-field marketing.

• Promote our IT services, training programs, and products.

• Conduct field visits to colleges, institutes, and business clients.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos (online/offline).

• Coordinate with the sales and technical team for closing deals..

• Maintain CRM data and follow up with leads effectively.

• Contribute creative ideas for improving outreach and brand visibility.

• Report daily/weekly activities and progress to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.

• Fresher or up to 1 year of field marketing/sales experience.

• Good communication & convincing skills (in English, Hindi, or Odia).

• Confident to travel locally for fieldwork and client meetings.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.

• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
